- We roast and ship orders every Wednesday, therefore orders must be placed before Tuesday at 5 PM EST.
- Our minimum wholesale order is 10 lb. Orders can be divided into 12 oz, 16 oz, or 5 lb bags.

When do orders ship?
We roast and ship orders every Wednesday. Orders must be placed before Tuesday at 5 PM EST. Delivery typically takes between 5 and 7 business days after shipment.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Our minimum wholesale order is 10 lb. Orders can be divided into 12 oz, 16 oz, or 5 lb bags.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! We offer one free sample to prospective wholesale customers.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, DLG only processes orders that have been fully paid
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments only.
Can I purchase coffee from a single producer?
No, DLG promotes coffee from our nine partner cooperatives across Guatemala, each made up of multiple members. Our Wholesale Roasted Coffee Program commercializes blends from these cooperatives, rather than promoting one sole producer.
Can I use my own label and/or branding?
Wholesale roasted coffee orders are shipped with DLG labeling by default, however, if you would like to use your own labeling and branding, please be sure to tell us when placing your order so that we know not to put DLG branding on the bag when being processed.
What kind of bags do you use?
We use biodegradable kraft paper bags with a freshness valve to help keep coffee fresh.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the U.S.
